DEPOSIT TO RESERVE TERMS AND AGREEMENT

We are excited to assist you in taking the next step toward welcoming your new companion. All puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are unable to hold or guarantee availability without a deposit.

Please review the information below carefully to ensure full clarity and understanding of our reservation process.

Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and placement within the selected litter. Deposit amounts range from $1,000 to $2,000 USD, depending on the demand and exclusivity of the specific litter or puppy. The exact deposit requirement will be listed below on the reservation link for each breeding.

Early reservations receive priority in pick order. We strongly recommend reserving early, as availability becomes increasingly limited and demand rises significantly once the litter is officially announced.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future litter or eligible services in accordance with our written terms.

Home Approval Requirement

To ensure every puppy is placed in a safe and suitable environment, a FaceTime video home check will be conducted once your selected litter is confirmed.

If your home requires adjustments, we will guide you on the necessary items or improvements needed to proceed. If requirements are not met by the time the puppies are born, your reservation may be transferred to a future litter once the home approval process is successfully completed.

After Submitting Your Deposit

Once your deposit is submitted, please provide the following information on the “Contact 2flamebullyz” link above with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • City and State

  • Desired Litter (Sire and Dam)

  • Preferred Gender (Male or Female)

Payment and Selection Timeline

  • Pregnancy confirmation occurs approximately 6 weeks post-insemination.

  • Once pregnancy is confirmed, you will have up to 8 weeks (2 months) to complete the remaining balance.

  • The full balance must be paid by the time puppies reach 6 weeks of age to maintain your reservation and pick position.

  • Puppy selections and pickup scheduling will begin at 8 weeks of age and must be completed before 10 weeks of age.

Throughout the pregnancy and development process, we maintain consistent communication, including weekly photos, videos, and updates so you can follow your puppy’s progress.

Our goal is to provide a professional, transparent, and supportive experience while ensuring each puppy is placed in a safe, committed, and loving home.
